Portraits taken by the incomparable SouthSides, Geoffrey Matautia, Our Stories celebrates and acknowledges six Pacific peoples working in the Technology industry.

FIBRE FALE is a purpose-led collective founded to create pathways for Pacific people in tech. They design and deliver programmes and platforms to build skills, nurture belonging, and provide support for our community at every stage in their tech journey.

Currently, Pacific peoples comprise only 2.8% of the entire Tech industry. Yet Technology is the fastest growing and one of the highest paying industries in Aotearoa.

Co-founders of Fibre Fale Nu'uali'i Eteroa Lafaele and Julia Arnott-Neenee are working tirelessly to change this.
